  1. Well the only thing you really have to do is just go to your normal eye doctor and just say, "hey I want some contact lenses." They will set you up with a check up and then have some one teach you how to put them in. After that, they usually sell you some overpriced lenses and there you go.

After you get your prescription, I recommend ordering lenses from www.lens.com they're fantastic because they call your doctor and get your prescription and ship them to you. Easiest thing I've ever done and they're cheaper. Good luck!

  2. Just go to your optometrist or any optometrist, and get your eyes checked.  They will come up with the correct lens power for contact lenses.

They will even give you a trial pair right in the office to make sure it's the correct prescription.  After that, you decide if you want disposable lenses, or the kind you keep for a year and just clean them everyday.

They are almost everywhere.. in malls, CostCo, etc.

  3. go to your eyedoctor and ask for them.

what did you think you can get them at the store?

  4. go to eye doctor

  5. well, obviously make a appointment with your eye doctor and let them know you're interested in contacts. They will still give you a full health exam, and then they will do a contact lens fit. This is where they will decide which contact fits on your eye and will give you the best vision. For first time wearers, you will need to come back for a follow up after 2 weeks. This is so that the doctor can see if this brand of contact is going to work the best for you. If so, then you're good to order them
