How do I get cows sheep chicken and ducks on harvest moon ds cute?

I already got a horse and I know I have to build barns for them but how do I get all the other animals

Buy the cows and sheep from Rick at the Yodel Ranch (use the phone)

Chickens from Popuri at the Poultry Farm (use the phone)

To get ducks (from Popuri), you'll also need the duck pond built by Gotz first.
