the glue smeared onto other places besides where I needed to glue it and now the stone looks cloudy. I don't want to use a file to try to remove. What else?

  1. Use nail polish remover.  It contains a mild acetone solution which will dissolve the Krazy Glue.  Good luck.

  2. Use acetone or lacquer thinner as long as it's not on a finished surface, as in wood finish.

  3. buy some goof off from home depot it woks wonders

  4. try fairy liquid, rubbing it in gently.

  5. Nail polish remover works wonders.

  6. As the other posters have said... Nail Polish remover does work wonders.. You can also try what is called Goof Off, you can pick it up at any hardware store.. No matter what you use, be sure to test it in a small area first! place it on clean it up and check it in 24 hrs. If no damage shows in the 24 hr period.. Have at the rest of the mess.

    Best of luck
