When I curl mine it dosen't wave pretty like that.

I do not know who she is, I just found it randomly and I liked her hair a lot. =]

Straighten your hair the night before you do this, and dont straighten it the next day! it'll make them fall out! Take a small section of your hair in one hand, then with your curling iron, slowly wrap the hair around the circular part. if you want curly curly curls, put the handle thing down and hold for 25-30 seconds. If you want loose curls, keep the handle up and hold for 25 seconds. Do this around your whole head and you should have something like this. oh and you probably dont need that pantene stuff, a tiny bit of leave in conditioner should be fine

get some spritz and a small flat iron .roll your hair slant and hold for a few min. release and spritz . there you have it!

UM I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANY VIDEOS BUT TRY PUTTING A LIL MOOSE IN FIRST THEN USING A CURLING IRON THEN USING A LIL HAIR SPRAY SO IF YU GET IT IT WILL STAY

and try youtube. they have a BUNCH of tutorials on having hair like that.

i get my hair like that by using my hair straighter actually, by twriling the har around the straightener and pulling down as you twirl
