How do I get even skin?

So I have pretty nice skin, but on my cheeks and chin I have some hyper-pigmentation from old acne (yay my skin is clear now). What is something that can even out my skin?

Congratulation! You can use foundation and concealer it takes awhile for the old acne scars to come off but not to long so no worries o.k. so put the foundation on so it evens out your skin tone and get the discoloration of the acne invisible then take the concealer to fix any mistakes on your face like red spots bags and stuff never stroke just dab and dab it in!
