I ran cross country in the fall and I just can't get out of the 2 mile pace.On my last cross country race my mile time was 7:02, and on my first 1 mile run race for track, I got 7:04.How do I let go of that slow cross country pace and move on to track?!?!I also run the 800m, and that event is after the mile and I am always very tired for it. Do you have any advice about that?!?!?
