  1. Explosive Plyrometrics training (power skips, power jumps, Skipping for distance, Skipping for height, etc)


  2. interval biking or something else cardio. Even though sprints will make you faster, I suppose you do not mean endurance but just pure sprint top speed. To do this you need fast twitch muscle fibers. The best way to train your muscles like this is interval running, where you jog for 5 minutes, then sprint for 2, then repeat. Try any aggressive sport that requires stopping and starting alot.

  3. their is no substitute for running. U could do all the training which will make u slightly faster but u will never reach pontential without it. Thats like asking to be stronger without doing work.

    its like saying "how could I become a better basketball player without playing basketball"

  6. I am on the girls track team. I cannot run without other people or without being forced to. If I run alone I would give up in two days. GET in a track team!!!
