How can I get fonts like that on pictures besides photoshop?

That font is "Cheri", I believe.

You can get that font (and others) from dafont.com

I use photoshop... sooo, well, once you have the font into your computer anything such as paint, word, or notepad, that you can change the font on you can use... So open the picture in paint, use the text option write over it using the the one that doesnt have a white background in it (unless thats how you want it) and your done.
