How do I get football scores on my phone for free

Question

I want to get scores to my phone. Is there any website which will send me sms alerts.

If possible I want all sports scores but manly football.

Remember its got to be free.

I live in Cyprus so they have to be able to send it to a Cypriot phone

Whoever has the right website and gives me most info. will be chosen best answer

ask your mate to watch the telly then ring you with the scores. ha.
