How do I get from Avila to Segovia?

I am travelling to Spain for the first time this spring, and I am looking for a bus from Avila to Segovia. I've read that this bus exists, but I can't seem to find specific information about it.

I am planning on taking the train from Madrid to Avila in the morning, and spending most of the day at Avila. I will need a late-afternoon bus from Avila to Segovia on a Sunday. Is this possible?

Also, does anyone know if the Avila bus station or train station (either) has luggage storage of some sort?

Most of the train stations do have lockers.  And I'm pretty sure you can get a train from Avila to Segovia.  It shouldn't be terribly expensive, it's not that far.

I don't know anything about the busses, but on a Sunday, there might be limited schedules.
