How do I get from Grand Central to South Side Hospital in Bay Shore, NY via Long Island Railroad (LIRR)?

The address of the hospital is 301 East Main Street in Bay Shore, NY. I'd also like to know how far South Side Hospital is from the train stop? Thanks so much!

From Grand Central.

Take 42nd St Shuttle or Manhattan-bound (7) to Times Sq.

Take any downtown 1/2/3 to 34th St-Penn Station.

From there take LIRR to Bay Shore. Ticket must be purchase from ticket vending machine or window to avoid higher pay onboard the train.

Then transfer to S42 Central Islip or S40 Patchogue to Southside Hospital. Buses are $1.50 for Suffolk County Transit. Dollar bills accepted.
