How do I get from Norwalk, CT to Baltimore MD via train and bus? Please help me.thanx in advance?

I want detailed info such as which train and bus. I also want the address of train station and bus station. I would really appreciate your help

the first poster has an excellent idea, but there's much cheaper way.

South Norwalk to Grand Central cost not 30, around 15. Then take 4, 5, or 6 train to city hall and walk about 10mins to Chinatown, near east boardway.  

the bus there costs around only $15 lol i know dirt cheap. they have buses leaving Baltimore like all the time

Catch the Metro North in SoNo to Grand Central Station.  It will cost you about $30.  

Take the subway "S" for shuttle to Times Square.  ($1)

Hop the 1, 2, ir 3 Downtown to 34th.  (Which is Penn Station.) ($1)

Take the Amtrack to Baltimore Grand Central.  ($90)
