Why on earth do you want to do that?

The train is reasonably priced and fast.

Eurolines probably do this link, but I've just taken a look at the eurolines web site. For some reason it only does international trips.

The train trip from Paris to Nantes takes just a bit more than 2 hours and costs 53 euros. Have you considered that option?

Bus travel is generally an inconvenient travel option in France and is only really useful for short trips in areas not served by the rail network.
