How do I get from Washington, DC to Occoquan, VA starting at GangPlank Marina via the Potomac River?

Potomac River to Occoquan Bay turn right and up into Belmont Bay this take up toward Occoquan Reservoir. You will go under Interstate 95 Bridge and then Highway 123 and Occoquan be on your left.
