This is close to the Santa Croce Church. Via  Antonio Magliabechi runs from the back of Santa Croce church toward the river. #1 is at the river end of the street where it intersects Corso dei Tintori. You can take a cab from the station if you've got a lot of luggage - this is probably the easiest thing to do if you've never been in Florence before. If you choose to walk, the route planner on viamichelin isn't very useful in this case because the most direct route goes through the pedestrian area of Florence. It would be about a half hour walking. From the station walk along via Panzani to the Duomo. From there go right on the pedestrian street in front of the Duomo and follow the street to the river at Ponte Vecchio. Go left and follow the river past the next bridge.  The first left after the bridge is Volta dei Tintori. Take that and turn right on Corso dei Tintori. Via  Antonio Magliabechi is the next street on the left; #1 is there.
