Catch the free shuttle bus from the terminal building to the station where you can catch the RE or SBahn into the centre.  The RE will stop at Ostbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, Hauptbahnhof and Zoologischergarten.  The Journey time 40 - 45 minutes.  The Sbahn stops everywhere.  You can use the web to down load maps or use this link to Der Tagespiegel translated pages - there is a map at the bottom left: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl...   I don't know of the hotel of which you write - presumably they have given you some kind of information on how to find them - if not - ask!  You might also like to look at www.jbb7994.com
