How do I get fuller, more luscious lips?

How do I get naturally more fuller, luscious lips? Is there anything I can do. My bottom lip is ok but I want a more fuller top lip.

I dont know...people tell me though that I have very nice full lips all the time. I was born wiht them. I know a lot of girls who somehow wiht the magic of makeup....make there sips look fuller.

theres this lip gloss at bath and body works. or you can probably get this anywhere but its called a lip pumper. and it has like ALOT of cinnamon so it makes your lip bigger

lip gloss/chapstick that is lip plumber.

it basically kinda makes your lips numb and it looks biggger.

i tryed it once and and it hurts and if u l**k ur lips ur toungue will hurt. but if u want to tryt it go ahead

Tie a grocery bag like you might get at a Walmart to your head in the same general area that your upper lip is in, and paint it the same color of your lips or lipstick.

victorias secret makes an AWESOME lip plumping gloss i go through one tube a month i love it and i use it all the time...my boyfriend even likes it cause after we kiss his lips tingle cause of the cinnamon in it =D

The other people that answered are right--any gloss with "Plumper" qualities will help make the lips bigger.  My favorite is Lip Injection by Too Faced (can get at Sephora). Also you can buy some cinnamon essential oil (online or in any new age-y type store).

If you want to make your top lip *look* a bit bigger, you can do that with an illuminating cream.  I use Benefit's Moon Beam http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh... .

To do, just put a little dab of illuminator on the cupid's bow area above the top lip and blend with your fingertip.  The cupid's bow is the middle area above your upper lip where it kind of dips down.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cupid's_bow

This can make the upper lip appear more "pouty."

To make the lower lip appear fuller without using a plumper, put a dab of gloss on the center of your lower lip only.  This draws attention to the center lip, and makes it appear larger.
