How do I get gtalk on my blackberry to sync with my computer so I get messages on both?

I have gtalk on my blackberry now but the conversations I have on it dont show up on my computer and if I am logged into Gmail on my computer I wont get the chats on my phone. I know they are supposed to sync, how can I do this?

I haven't heard anything about Google Talk chats synching. What I do know is if I am logged in to my computer on Google Talk AND on my BlackBerry at the same time, then the messages that are sent come to both. So if someone says, "Hey there" I see that message on my computer AND my Blackberry. But I don't think there is a way to sync between the two.
