How do I get him to like me?

ok so theres this guy I have known for a while now. I have liked him for about 2 years. We are friends and we have "fooled around" before if you know what I mean. But everytime I want him to date me he says I just want to be friends. And it makes me feel bad because he flirts around with me and everything but he dont like me as more then a friend. How do I get him to like me as more then a friend??

hi ,ok well frist off im a guy ok,i would try telling him you would like to be is only girl !!!

and ask him why dose he act like your just friends?

and that you want to be more  than just friends.
