How do I get in shape for college soccer tryouts?

I am trying out for a the soccer team in my college, and I would like help in figuring out a day to day plan on how to condition my body for the tryouts (in 6 months)

  1. running, jogging, short sprints, and going to the gym.keep your self toned up (legs, thighs, etc). go to the park with your friends and have a game of soccer daily. just do a lot of training.
