How do I get in shape for lacrosse fast?

I have a lacrosse camp coming and i need to be able to run for a relatively long time. Besides running what are some good excersises?

  1. Go to the gym and work on your leg muscles and core it will really help out a lot.

OK u can do some simple drills like go to a local field or a place where there is a goal with your friends and you can practice offense/defense and running the ball up to the goal and other things like that. you would practice both your playing and running skills. plus, u would have fun with your friends.

  3. ok, you can do some simple drills with your stick.

    * put the stick on the ground and do quick feet over the stick ( quickly stepping over, and backwards over the stick)for about 3 min. straight

    *put the stick on the ground, and shuffle arond the stick for 2 1/2 min.

    also push-ups are really helpful
