How do I get in shape to run a mile a day for cheerleading fast?

I tryed out for cheerleading at one school and we had to run a mile each tryout and if you made it, each practice. I made so I kept running each to stay in shape over the summer. Then I found out we were moving so I quit running. Now I have a tryout in like 2 weeks for a different school in the town we moved to. How can I be able to run a mile in under 10 minutes again, in a really short period of time?

  1. Run  or try to run about 3 miles a day, and then when you go to do a mile it will be easier to do and you'll easily beat 10 min. by the way, it also depends on your mile time right now.


  2. Get your butt away from the computer and Yahoo! Answers and start runnign. You Can Do It!

  3. start running again...it wont take long to get back into the shape you were in.
