How do I get in touch with someone who will run with my ideas?

Honestly I have a lot of idea's for business owners or maybe investors but I have no idea how to get in contact with such a person. All I want is to have the pruducts be available!?!? yeah I know stupid question but I am not that far in business classes to understand this process.
