How do I get internet service on my iTouch?

I bought a used iTouch a few days ago. How do I get/install internet service on my iTouch?

I don't know if you can get it wherever you go. But it comes with free wifi capability where wifi is avaiblable.

1.Go to settings

2.Click on Wifi

3.Turn it on

4.Choose a network

If that doesn't work, click on the blue arrow next to the network and renew the lease. That should be it. Go to your safari and you get actual internet.
