  1. You can get a dealer's license from your state's DMV or have a dealer take you into one.


  2. I got a 1 year pass and got right in :)

    Only cost about 60 bucks but it's worth it.

  3. at our local auction you must be a dealer to buy. you can get in by being with a dealer.
