How do I get involved with Civil War Reenactment?

I think that it'd be really cool to do... I just don't know where to start!

  2. Check with your local chamber of commerce - they usually have a list of organizations that perform or parade for holidays and celebration.

    You could also check with your County Veteran's Office = they may be able to put you in contact with a group.

    They are all over = keep asking = someone will be able to give you a contact.

    Enjoy yourself - my brother-in-law has been active for years - he and my sister attend many functions and camp outs for re-enactments in full uniforms, and her in period dress.
