How do I get lenses out of reading glasses?

I just bought a new frame because my old frame broke and I'm trying to replace my lenses but I I can't get one lense out of the reading glasses. Any tips?

Take the lenses to your eye doctor, the lenses may not fit, especially if the frame is not the exact same style.
