How do I get lines off a snooker table?

When the table cover is installed it has lines on it, then it is stretched and these lines are then in the wrong place, so new ones have to be drawn. Is there any product or way that these marks can be removed??

Try using a gum eraser. It's NOT made of gum, and will not damage the cloth. Just try it on one small spot of the drawn line. If it works, GREAT!  It will leave "crumbs" from the eraser on the table which can easily be vacuumed up with a hand-held Dust Buster, or you regular vacuum cleaner's brush attachment.
