How do I get loan office to stop calling?

Question

My boyfriends dad put me down as a refrence on his app for his cars Why idk. I am only 17 and the loan office is calling me all the time. I have told them to stop and so have my parents. We have threatened them but nothing is working. ANY IDEAS? please help!
