Surfline offers a mobile service which gives a full surf report on your phone which includes local tides.  Check it out http://www.surfline.com/onthego/

You have to pay though, but it is extremely thurough.

Also http://www.mobiletides.com/ does a tide service for your phone.

try calling your mobile operator and see if they have such service. if so, then subscribe for it.
