  1. Spik N' span all the way

  2. Listen to Jim.

You have to take it apart and rebuild it.

This is a safety issue if you have electricity (wiring/gas... whatever) powering anything.

    This is a safety issue!

  3. What kind of boat is it? Spray Nine is great and helps prevent Mildew.

  4. You can use simple green product and a power washer. you might have to throw in some elbow grease but it will work.

  5. any good household cleaner and run a dehumidifier onboard. Not sinking it helps

  6. There's a couple of mixture that will work very well for you.  Simply bleach in water is a tried and true method of getting rid of mold and mildew.  Another "Green" mixture is vinegar and Tea Tree Oil.  This will have the effect of leaving a thin film of Tea tree Oil on the surfaces cleaned and further prohibit the growth of mold and mildew.

  7. I agree with Nomad, but for just the cleaning part, go to Home depot and buy a product called Zep mold and mildew remover. My yard crew stumbled on it a few months ago and it is the best and won't destrow stuff like bleach.

  8. Strip everything down to the barest hull and deck surfaces, then use a power washer, thoroughly remove all of the waste water and oil and grease. All of the wiring should be replaced, also all soft material and upholstery. All of the engines and generators must be cleaned and the bearings replaced. It is a major project  for an individual with little or no experience. To do it right the job should be done by qualified professionals.
