How do I get mildew stains out from my underwear?

I think you should go buy some new underwear. If cost is an issue K-Mart, Walmart, or Target have cheap underwear that works fine. Moldy underwear can't possibly be very healthy to wear, let alone look very good.

Bleach is the only chemical that removes mildew and fungus- Use it but wash it real well after soaking -

If y can thrash that underwear all the  better!

Peroxide or bleach. The best would be to lay them out in the sun for a few days.
