I have a problem because I have been doing ab work for about 6 months now. I have done just about every excercise except crunches off hanging from a bar. My abs are toned but they are not nearly as cut or defined as I would like them to be. The main problem is that i have a really fast metabolism and whenever i eat healthy and excercise i end up losing weight....but i dont want to. How can I get the definition I want but still eat to keep my weight up? I am an 18 yr old male if that helps at all.
