There are websites that you can go to. Try to google myspace mobsters. I think the one I used was www.mobstersadd.com. But there are bunches of them. Good luck!!

Go to the "Made Men" tab and select a mobster from the top of any of the lists (the high scorers of the game). People comment on their pages literally about every 10-30 seconds requesting that people add them to their mob. You can get endless amounts of people this way. Just make sure you have the weapons/armor/vehicles to back them up in a fight.

You can also save up 20 favor points and the Godfather will give you a "hired gun," which is just a computer generated mobster. Good luck.
