Im trying to get people to upload audio and video files from me. I know people are able to because Ive had 2 people upload from me today, but it was only 2 people. Ive tryed naming the files something popular just to see if lots of people are able to upload from me (I named some of them "s**y" titles, and some of them I named Lil Wayne and Hannah Montana). People just arent uploading from me for some reason, how can I increase my uploads?
Ive already messed with the settings and put my download bandwidth all the way down and my upload bandwidth all the way up. Why cant people find my videos because I know people are searching for Lil Waynes newest song and even when I name my files that, nobody uploads.
