  1. I guess we need to assume your computer has a DVD drive capable of writing DVDs.

If you are using a Windows based machine, there are several DVD authoring applications - I understand WinDVD is OK...

If you are using a Macintosh, iDVD is bundled with the machine.

We need way more detail to provide you with any assistance.

What is the model of the digital camera? Is it a camcorder or a still camera that takes highly compressed MPEG2 video? Have you been able to edit the video in a video editor? MovieMaker or iMovie or something else? What file type is the video (mp4, .mov, .avi, DV, HDV, AVCHD compressed or something else)? What kind of computer? Does it have an optical drive capable of writing to DVDs?
