  1. You don't need any third party tool. All you have to do is drag the selected items from your ipod to your library simple. To select more than one item hold down the control key.

you might have to check manually manage songs on the screen that shows your ipod on your computer though.

  2. You need ImTOO WMA MP3 Converter

ImTOO WMA MP3 Converter is MP3 to WMA converter, WMA to MP3 converter and AAC to MP3 converter to convert WMA to MP3, convert MP3 to WMA and convert AAC to MP3. 3. Check out MP3Lingo.com support page.  They have great customer support and don't check if you already have an account with them or not.  They respond fast and wont charge you for support if you just pretend like you are a member.  If that doesn't work, you can just sign up and get music through them.  It's very cheap and they have a ton of music. Try it out when you get a chance, www.mp3lingo.com.

  4. you will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you copy songs in your ipod to computer as itunes blocks the ipod-to-computer transfer, here is a review of top 5 ipod  copying softwares(windows/mac): http://www.ipodtocomputer.net
