Start with pipe, and tune trans components. Pipe choices:

Tecnigas RS, Next R, Leovenci.. etc, RS is my pick personally

To tune trans to let pipe get into powerband you'll need clutch center spring and stiffer grab springs, both can get for cheap from Dave at strokeitimports.com, I'd recommend 1.5k center and 2k grab springs

You can upgrade variator, but not critical, just get lots of different weight rollers to play with and use stock vari. Dave also sells a big pack of these for around $25

You'll likely need either 4g or 4.5g with just a pipe but need to experiment. Oh and belt, forget kevlar totally not worth it, instead get a longer 788 jog90 style belt for better shift curve and top end.

With that done see how you feel about the performance and if you need more find 70cc kit that you like and install properly and upjet carb (80-85main) and keep stock box, or upgrade carb and open filter (~95-100main)
