  1. Did you ever try switching from regular soda to diet soda or back, and you couldnt stand the taste at first but then got used to it.  It takes us something like 30 times of trying something, before we develop a taste for it.  Thats why the mixing ideas in the Seinfeld book, the blending, etc, work, becuase that little bit helps to develop a taste for things.

Have you involved her in the cooking at all.  Get a great healthy kids recipes cookbook - with lots of pictures, and have her help pick out what to cook with you.

  2. Try googling Jessica Seinfeld's book..I've found individual recipes from her book...I'm sure you've heard of it. She takes things like brownies and has pureed veggies in it. They taste the brownies, not the veggies, yet they are still getting the veggies!!

  3. i have triend the mixing In, But My daughter woiuldnt eat Veggies after, becuse she didnt knowi was mixing it, and when she found out she didnt trust me to make her food anymore.  here is what worked:

get a Piece of Styrofoam, and Wash it off. Stick Broccolii In, like treeas, and Create a Landscape or a Picture with iti got creatuce and Made benches and people from Carrot Sticks, and then, after a while Sarah would ask to help me make one. adn once she wanted to make one, she wanted to try what she had made. It works ! ;]

  4. Try melting some cheese over them.. (you can use that velveeta stuff it melts really fast and takes great on veggies..)That was the only way my mom could get me to eat veggies when I was little..and that was a long time ago. But, it worked..and I love them now...

  5. I've found that if you can disguise the veggies some what it helps. like taking broccoli and blending it up and mixing it in with mac and cheese. Also telling her that if she doesn't have to eat it but if she wants any snacks during the day they will be veggies until she learns to eat them at meals.

  6. Start with things that are flavorful where the veggies won't be as noticeable.

Require her to eat a very small spoonful of veggies before she can get up from the table or have dessert.

  7. mix the vegetables into her food.

like if you allow your daughter to eat meat, you could mix spinach into meat balls and don't tell her.

or v8 v fusion juice it has vegetables and fruit mixed together so she might drink that.

  8. mix it into her food!

for example when you make pasta,.. or soup or something... blend up the veggies (carrot, peas, you name it! puree it!) and just mix it into the sauce or the broth! she'll never know because she'll never see it!

    best of luck!

  9. Kids love raw vegetables especially with dressing or sauce.  Look up raw food prep recipes from people on raw food diets.  There are recipes out there that have this amazing way of making the flavor pop.  Boiled up veges loose taste, appeal and nutrition.
