  1. if he is new you need to give it a rest and then tame it

  2. Wash your hands. He can smell the odor of food in your hands!!

  3. its one of two things. its either you smelled like the food or you didn't tame her. im guessing its more along the lines of being untamed. here is how to do that:

    good luck with the hamster!

  4. it has to get used to your sent stick your hand in its cage and let it get used to you.

  5. rinse your hands througholy with no soap before you feed him. it's best to leave him alone fro the first few days, and give him treats in between the bars first.

  6. well that's normal don't worry since you just got it he will be nervous. Don't touch him for a few days and just talk to him soothingly and gently and be very friendly to him such as don't scream at him when he bites you and don't hand feed him till you can hold him. Also dont touch him after you eat foods like chicken as they can smell it and try to eat it since they like it. Here is a good website http://www.hamsterific.com GOOD LUCK!!
