How do I get my Kids Passports renewed?

When their mother will not sign? I have full custody of them.

shouldn't be a problem, you can go to a local post office and renewed, I mean that's the way we I did it in New York with my child.

my mom takes us to a courthouse to get ours renewed. i'm sure if u call, and ask they'd be glad 2 asist you.

If the court papers state that you are to have full custody then you shouldn't have a problem. If you ever do decide to renew them or such you should request they put in a clause stating that you are able to take the children out of the country without their mother's consent.

Just go for it. Make sure if questioned you can state when was the last time the mother made contact and if you tried to make contact with her though (which will be highly unlikely they ask if you have the court papers).

Take a copy of your divorce decree showing that you have full custody.  You shouldn't have any problems.
