How do I get my LG Plasma/HD TV to high resolution with my Direct TV Tivo Box?

You would need to upgrade to the HD/DVR from DirecTV

This includes mounting a new dish (a 5 LNB KA/KU slimline dish) and possibly rewiring (usually not since you already have a TiVo unit)

The upgrade might cost upwards of $200, so be ready for that, but you won't be disappointed with the service or the picture.

If you dont alreay, you have to subscribe to HDTV through your cable company. I think you also have to have a certain type of cable.
