Question:

How do I get my Scientific Atlantic Explorer 8300 HD to stop asking if I want to switch to an enhanced station

I don't have a high def TV. When we first got this box it was doing the same thing, however it stopped after awhile. Then we lost power and now it has started again. Time Warner tells me that I need to change boxes. This is what they tell everyone that calls I am sure.
