  1. Did you watch the movie called " 100 Spartan " they had a preview how the actors did their training to achieve great bodies and stamina...go scearch the internet ...behind the scene trailers

Lastly join a gym to get proper advice on diet and approach for better abs....!!!

  2. as they say, abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. you got to eat healthy, cut your calories, and do more cardio to burn the fat around the abs so they can be uncovered. believe me, they are there, just hiding under the fat. i'm about 4.3 percent body fat, did a lot of power walking but only recently started working out and my abs already look great just because of my body fat level is so low and the daily cardio i used to do. So basically what I'm saying is you can't just do ab exercises to build them up and expect them to show without cutting your body fat or else they will always be buried under fat. They say you need to be under 10 percent bodyfat to get a sixpack. And closer to around 3-4 percent is competition level ripped where they really pop out. Also, you didn't mention how you are working the abs now, maybe you are overtraining them. I think you should do  3 sets, twice a week max, with several days between sessions, need to give abs time to recover and grow.

And for exercises try this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCH...

And if you want to track your bodyfat pick up a bodyfat analyzer such as the one at this link: http://www.amazon.com/Omron-Hand-Held-Bo...

  3. Its all about crunches and sit up.

Ever see the sit ups where your legs are locked in and you move your upper body up and down? its like putting everything into your ab muscles to raise yourself up,

You have very little body fat so you need to build those abs up so them define themselves.

Heck Id give anything to look like you do now

  5. You gotta lose more fat in order to get more definition. Regardless to the size of the abs, you gotta lose fat in order for them to show. Cardio and a reduced calorie diet will help you lose fat.

  6. i'm 14

i do push ups and pull ups it burns fat to have it show more

i'm not buff or anything but i guess its good for 14

  7. Resistance, resistance, resistance.

The days of doing 100 crunches in one sitting are over.  Train your midsection like you'd train any other body part... 3-4 sets of 10, 12 or 15.  You can train abs once a week (doing 3-4 different exercises) or train 4x week (doing 1-2 exercises each time).

The abs are made up of the obliques, tranverse abdominus, and rectus abdominus.  Your six pack is the rectus abdominus.  To work the upper part of the six pack (closest to your chest), do exercises like the crunch.  To work the lower 6, do exercises like the reverse crunch.  Add resistance by using dumbells, weight plates, weighted balls, and stretching bands, to name a few.  Using cables is also a good idea as it provides consistent resistance throughout the entire range of motion.

    Hope this helps.
