How do I get my applications to come up on my iPod Touch?

None of my applications that I downloaded are appearing on my Touch. So I bought the Software Upgrade 2.0 and synced my Touch again. I still can't find my applications. How do I get my applications on my iPod touch?!

Make sure that the applications are showing in Itunes.

Also, if they are free apps, just download them again onto the Touch directly using WiFi and the App Store icon.

those brand names suck. i hav a little sony walkman and it works perfectly. i have songs videps and pics. and when i got it it was on sale for 49.99.
