I lost my birth certificate and I'm going crazy with out it..What should I do

Go to the country's web site, and look under vital statistics; almost every country has a place where you can find out this information.

Contact the embassy or consulate for that country and they'll help you replace it. It's something they do everyday and won't have any problem with it. If you were a military dependent, then you contact the State Department.
