You dont say where you live or where you were born..but most likely your will have to contact the department of health/Birth records of  the state where you were born.Sometimes you may request your certificate by mail or go in person.If you say where you were born perhaps we could help you better

  3. Go to your states web site and request one.  You will find a number you can call usually, and do it soon.  The Real I.D. is coming on line and the people who dally will get to wait in looooong lines.
