How do I get my child support raised with out paying a motion fee??

My case is in Michigan,along with the dead beat Dad, and I now live in Florida.

  1. Most courts have a procedure for "waiving" filing fees.  You will have to complete a confidential financial statement for the court.

    See a lawyer in Florida about pursuing this in your state.

    Is he a dead beat because he isn't paying current support? If so how will he pay more?
