How do I get my computer out of Safe Mode?

I have tried some, nothing works, I have vista.

I think I have a virus because It says start windows normally so I do and it is just a black screen with one window that says acces internet or whatever.

PLEASE HELP.

I'm 13, so talk simple.

While loading, press F8 and select "start windows normally" if offered. If not, you'll have to reinstall Vista :(

Windows is  broken. Reinstall it by booting from the restore CD.
