I have been trying to sync my XDA Trion with my new laptop, but it wouldn't work

So I thought that deleting the previous partnership might help

So I deleted it

Now all of my contacts, tasks, calendar appointments, have all vanished!

HOW DO I GET THEM BACK! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING ON THEM! THEY RUN MY LIFE!
